Amy L. Strachan

Ms. Strachan is an associate in the commercial litigation practice group of Funk & Bolton, P.A.
While at the Temple University School of Law, Ms. Strachan received recognition for "Outstanding Oral Advocacy" for her work in Temple's nationally-recognized trial advocacy program. She also spent a summer studying international and comparative jurisprudence and European Union law at the University of Notre Dame Law School's London Law Program. While in law school, Ms. Strachan served as a law clerk for national counsel to major automobile manufacturers involved in products liability actions.
Ms. Strachan is experienced representing insurance companies and self-insured companies in a wide range of litigation matters, including professional liability, products liability, premises liability, and federal civil rights actions, including claims under the Americans with Disability Act. Her practice focuses principally on commercial litigation. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations.
