James F. Taylor is a member of Funk & Bolton, P.A., resident in the firm's Baltimore office. Mr. Taylor concentrates in insurance regulatory law.
At the University of Baltimore School of Law he received an American Jurisprudence Award for Civil Procedure. Mr. Taylor also was the Business Editor of the University of Maryland Law Review (1995-1996) and a member of the Heuisler Honor Society.
Prior to his association with Funk & Bolton, P.A., Mr. Taylor served as law clerk to The Honorable Irma S. Raker, Judge of the Court of Appeals of Maryland. After joining the firm as an associate in 1997, Mr. Taylor became a member of the firm in 2003.
Mr. Taylor is a member of the American Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association.
