Justin Landreth is an associate in the commercial litigation practice group of Funk & Bolton, P.A.
Prior to joining Funk & Bolton, Mr. Landreth worked with the Public International Law & Policy Group (PILPG). Mr. Landreth managed PILPG's Iraq Project, which assisted the Parliament of Iraq in drafting and implementing the Iraqi constitution. He continues to advise the Iraq Project as a member of PILPG's Advisory Council. Mr. Landreth also worked as a law clerk for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, where he analyzed enforcement actions against utility companies.
Mr. Landreth is a graduate of American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Prior to law school, Mr. Landreth worked as a complex litigation paralegal on contract, ERISA, and class action matters.
